ordered another plate of crow after watching Mr. Cobb return one to the house last night on MNF? Local boy cashing in on his skills!! I'm happy he is successful and wish he could have done it in Orange!

As you can see, I'm a long time Packer fan. I was thinking the very same thing after he took that one to the house. He's done really well this year. Another dangerous weapon for the Pack.

Randall Cobb was definetly a miss. However, you have to be careful with this mentality. You can't offer every instate kid that shows out. By virtue of him ending up at KY, I'm assuming he slipped by at least a handful of other top-tier SEC programs?

Missing out on Cobb is hardly the biggest whiff of Fulmer's tenure.

Just to be clear, he should have been in orange though.

He wasn't going to be a q.b. here though. I was under the impression that he wanted to play q.b and that Ky. said that he would. He did play q.b. when one of other q.b's was injured.

And now he returns kicks in the NFL. How many QB's do that? I really think Fulmer missed with Cobb because he wouldn't tell him what he wanted to hear. He wasn't going to be a QB at UT, UK, or in the NFL, and everybody knew it.

The atrocity that was Fulmer's recruitment of Dont'a Hightower was worse.

Is Randall Cobb a professional QB?

Don't think enough people got this post.. It's great, and exactly right... Fulmer didn't "miss out" on Cobb. He told Cobb what position he needed to play to be successful. He was honest with him. The only thing you can fault Fulmer for is offering Cobb after UK.

Fulmer is probably wondering why he didn't get that Rookie WR for the Raiders who dominated the Chargers last week.
Oh wait, he did get him but lets complain some more about how he missed out on Cobb.

This post actually makes sense. The people that think Fulmer missed on Cobb are uninformed morons. He told Cobb he couldn't play QB at Tenn. Kentucky told him he could. Cobb should've swallowed his pride and played SEC football instead of at Kentucky.

Before you say it, I know, it's a joke.
