I'm feeling nostalgic tonight. What are some TV shows that faded away and were forgotten but you kinda miss them once you realize they are gone. I'm talking about shows like Cheaters, the cheesier the better. My top 3

1. MXC
2. Blind Date
3. BattleBots

Definitely agree with the last two. Loved me some Sledge Hammer. "Trust me, I know what I'm doing"

Inspector Sledge Hammer of the San Francisco Police Department is a violent, sadistic, insensitive, yet oddly likable detective. His best friend is a .44 Magnum Smith & Wesson Model 29 revolver with a customized grip featuring a drawing of a sledgehammer. Hammer sleeps and showers with his gun, and even talks to it. He believes in shooting first and asking questions never. In the pilot episode, he deals with a sniper on a skyscraper roof by blowing up the entire building with a bazooka, then turns to the uniformed cops on scene and says "I think I got 'em". He also mentions that his favorite charity is "Toy Guns for Tots". Hammer's father was Jack Hammer, a legendary carnival trick shooter whose repertoire of shooting tricks included catching a bullet in his teeth, which saved his son's life in one episode. His mother's name was Armin Hammer.

All the awesome shows that were on Nickelodeon when I was a kid. Guts!, Legends of the Hidden Temple, Double Dare, and Wild and Crazy Kids immediately come to mind. Probably quite a few people on here either too yound or too old to remember them. If you weren't in the 8-12 year old range in the early-mid 90's then you probably missed out.

You just reminded me of Hey Dude and Salute Your Shorts. I use to love those shows when I was a kid.
