Will he have an immediate impact at Minnesota? He's already inspired vikings fans nationwide to buy up on his jersey replicas. Considering they are 1-2, Moss may or may not turn their season around.

On a side note, I have a friend who is bugging everyone asking for a Randy Moss Jersey. Does anyone know where to find one in Knoxville?

I hope he has an immediate impact. Favre is starting for my fantasy team until Vick is back.

i would suggest ordering a jersey online...not sure he's at a point at this moment where you're going to see Vikings Moss jerseys nationally immediately

I'm not sure how he'll do for the rest of this year. Outside of that nice TD grab against the Jets he doesn't look very good right now. Maybe its his age finally catching up with him, who knows, but Minny needs to fix that offensive line before too long. I also don't think Favre will last all season and I believe he is just declining faster now this year...

Man I would love to have seen the Favre/Moss combo together in their primes.

i think he'll do well enough that the worry needs to be more on the favre end and blocking of the vikings passing game.

The move at least gives them more than just Vishancoe and Harvin (who i don't think might be the best #1 WR) in passing...and if it turns out it wasnt just favre but rather throwing to Berrian (and i dont even remember the other 2-3 bad guys), it could at least help their offense by forcing defenses to choose whether to risk their putting less on the deep ball or the running game

Sidney Rice isn't that bad of a receiver, I think he has an hip injury keeping him out. Once he returns that receiving corp is going to be good on paper (Moss & Rice starting w/Harvin in the slot). Its not Favre who should have his mouth watering its AD.

no i dont think rice is bad but he's moot until week 8 at least, assuming he doesn't have to be eased back into practice

I think AP's performance should go up, but I think it could very well end up going back and forth week to week as well

Brett Favre would still be in Green Bay is they would have traded for him in Oakland. Now 3-4 years later, they are together?

Expect Moss to get about 18 targets a game from Favre. He has had a hard on for a receiver like him for a while... especially now that Rice is out of the picture for a while.

Beneficiaries are Harvin and Peterson.
