I think that would be best if RS went upstairs because the players might respect the play more if they know it has come through the head coach.

Fulmer liked it and Sanders doesn't.

Sanders likes looking into the QB's eyes when he talks to them. (Those are his words, not mine.)

I think it is a great idea. I also think it will make it easier for Phil to replace him at season's end if he doesn't have to stand so close to him on the field the rest of the year.

Keep him as OC and move him into a room with a Big screen TV, BBQ wings, and a headset and i bet he will call some good ones.
