Former Tennessee offensive coordinator Randy Sanders has been hired by Kentucky, two sources have told the News Sentinel. Sanders told the News Sentinel earlier this month that he was encouraged by the amount of interest schools had shown him since he left UT.

Be interesting to see how he does there. I never knew if RS was responsible for UT becoming so offensively unproductive or if Fulmer "whispered" most of those plays in his ear.

If Fulmer did it could explain why it took 6 years to make a change.

No offense, but what a "reach" for KY. RS had talent all around him and he produces squat. KY is going to provide him with half the talent and he's going to pull rabbits from his hat? :no:

He'll have less responsibility than he had at UT, coaching a position he played in college.

He'll also have 17 years of influence with Tennessee high school students. It's a good hire.
