It may also be that Sanders doesn't want to move. He has kids in school and has been in K-town forever. Its hard to leave. His only problem here was the Peter principle. He was great working the background. More one on one with the kids.

Coach Cutt  has a great relationship with kids as well. Maybe had he stayed at UT, we would have had Eli Manning and maybe 2 or 3 more championships within the last 6 years

I have nothing but good wishes for Randy and his family in Lexington. I hope he helps Kentucky become a solid program. God bless.

Randy Sanders problem was he did not have the creativity that a OC needs in today's game and the fact that he loved the bubble screen!

A great position coach but he really did lack the skills to be a great OC. However I can't believe there hasn't been a better program than Kentucky calling on him to be a position coach.

Fulmer made the mistake of handing the reigns over to Randy after Cutcliffe left without really trying to see who else out there might have been interested in the job.

I do wish Randy luck, and I hope that he goes to a staff where he can learn something.

I think Fulmer plays every game like he has a 50 point lead whether he's leading or not. Also you'd think Ainge was the second coming.
I say open up the offense..take some chances instead of all those small out passes . It's time for a change in the way they play football.
Sometimes you gotta roll with the changes. I think we will find out it wasn't all Sanders fault.

I guess that means that he's not coaching at Miami? The Miami Herald stated earlier this month that he was going to be the next OC/QB coach at Miami?

Funny for all the bashing of Sanders, and I am guilty as well, he apparently is held in high enough regard to be interviewed by Coker for the vacant OC job at Miami.
