Of course he's still calling the game . . . My theory is that they took the title away in order to take the heat of of him for the rest of the season.

He is still calling the plays and some of the players are still fumbling, throwing interceptions, not catching balls, etc. He wasn't the main problem this year, just the scapegoat.

Fulmer is calling most of the running plays. RS is calling the passing plays.

TT has been giving a lot of input on the run game.

I basically agree with GAvol. I also think RS wants Fulmer to stand up like a man and take more of the heat. Fulmer was allowing RS to get slammed everyday and said nothing.

On the Phil Fulmer Show, Fulmer gave Sanders big credit for calling the hurry up TD drive at the end of the 1st half.

Today on Sports Talk, Jimmy Hyams wanted to make clear to a caller that Sanders wasn't demoted (i.e. had his title stripped), that Sanders truely did not want to run the offense anymore. That he wanted to resign all together, but Fulmer spent Saturday night and Sunday talking him into staying. Sanders finally aggreed to stay, but only as QB coach.

He wasn't the main problem this year, just the scapegoat.

I'm afraid that may be more true than we like to think.

Conjecture is a wonderful thing isn't it?

What I mean is that the whole coaching situation/changes/et. al. is like a CIA leak, everyone thinks they know what is going on, but noone really knows.

99.1 is the medium for the UTAD to do their leaking, in my opinion, all over the fans of UT.

I would sure like to know what is going to happen with some certainty, but I don't think we are going to get it until after the season is over. :realmad:
