I heard he might be the head football coach at Roane State and Walter State is making an offer as well.

i'm going to assume your joking. tech needs major attendance at the games for that to happen. and if you've ever been to a football game in cookeville, you know how bad that situation is.

i've lived in the cookeville area all my life and i've never been to a game there lol

Where ever he goes, I hope he does well.

He was a vol for 19 years, so I want to see him succeed.

The do have pretty good Chowder. I had a good time during my years in Cookeville. I miss Cookeville and Knoxville, actually...

man, I miss Knoxville

I know. I miss Cookeville just because of the contrast to the traffic and attitudes here in Boston. Knoxville can be missed for a multitude of reasons. I didn't like how Knoxville was strung out over 20 miles and was just "1 mile wide" so to speak. If it had been a bit more of a circle..I would have been happier...but that was my only complaint. Knoxville was a great place to live.

i just miss east tn in it's entirety. knoxvegas, the tri, the noog and everything in between.
