I like doing these list and I am bored, I need to being doing some stuff for school but this is more fun. Heres my top 10 coaches in the country. These rankings are right now, not what they have done 10 years ago but what they have done in the past 4 years or so.

1. Urban Meyer
2. Nick Saban
3. Pete Carroll
4. Bob Stoops
5. Jim Tressel
6. Mack Brown
7. Frank Beamer
8. Jim Grobe
9. Mark Richt
10. Joe Pa or whoever is running the show in Happy Valley.

5.Bowden
6.Jopat
7.M. Brown
8.Tressel
9. Tie (Beamer-Spurrier)

Not bad but I would make a few changes. First, I would not have CLM in my top 50. Next, I would drop Tressel to just outside the top 10 along with Spurrier. Carroll to Stoops (excluding Tressel) could be ranked in any order and I would argue.

I only have one coach that I'm worried about....so I'll go with Kiffin until proven otherwise.

What has Mark Richt done in the last 4 years besides underachieve?

Just outside my top 50: Les Miles (perhaps the worst coach to ever have won a title)

2005 - SEC Title
2007 - 11-2 Sugar Bowl Champs (finished #2/#3 according to the poll)
2008 - Preseason #1

Recruited and coached the future #1 overall pick in Stafford.

Richt isn't a great coach, but if someone wanted to throw him into their top 10, I wouldn't be against it based on what he's done.

Even though it's likely but it's yet to be proven. I still think richt is a good coach though.
