Miss State it the only big time school that I've been to that still has a 2 sided stadium with no seating in either end zone. It's the perfect storm created by a crappy stadium, a third world city and people incessantly ringing cow bells even though their team is down by 30 points.

I think State should make a jump due to Croom. Maybe even upgrade the facilities.
