Who is the top back that we get this year. Just want to see who guesses the right one. I say Kemp or Kamara:loco:

Kamara and Green are the best imo. There are a lot of good backs out there....and unfortunately, I think we will miss out on every single one . If anyone, the most likely get will probably be Kemp.

Green, Kamara or Alex Collins hopefully, but maybe have to settle for JoJo Kemp or the Vandy commit. P.S. I like the way Kemp runs, he seems aweful fast in his videos

If we don't get AK or DG, I'm almost positive we'll land Aregeros Turner. The guy has blazing speed and good moves, just needs to put on a little size.

I watched the UA game and practices and UT wasn't listed in Kamara's choices. Nothing but Bama......

Here's a novel concept let's wait until after these kids visit and then make our declarations...if the vibe and energy of the new staff doesn't reel them in this year I see a better word of mouth for future classes...or we could just give up...there's always that

Green would be nice. 2nd coming of Bryce Brown, but without the female emotions hopefully.

Personally I like Kamara. He's friends with Croom, he seems to be insanely shifty. I think he's going to be one of the best RBs in the SEC once it's all said and done.

If Kemp is the biggest name we get as a running back we did a lousy job recruiting this year...

Kinda hard to recruit when you've had back to back 5-7 seasons and 4 head coaches (not to mention the numerous asst. coach changes) in 5 years. I'll be ecstatic if we finish in the top 20, top running back or not.

I know you people want to think that just because we are Tennessee we should sign a top 5 class every year, but after the last 5 years, that's just not realistic.

Don't lump me in with people that think that 1998 was yesterday...I'm saying that a lot of running backs look at early playing time as a plus..except for the hoard of top backs that go to Bama every year.

I haven't seen a single post that argues we should sign a top 5 class every year. If you find one, let me know.

But we should be ahead of Vanderbilt and Penn State at the very least. Obviously, no one expects them to sign a top class this year, but if they can't make strides towards bringing in better athletes than the last staff, then they aren't showing me anything worth getting excited about.

The bottom line is, eventually (really, in the next year or two) this staff will have to sign classes that are the equal of the Floridas and Alabamas or they simply won't get the job done here.
