Leave the redshirt on. No point in burning a year of eligibility.

Yancey might do some damage just because nobody can see him behind our big OL.

Where is the meat???? This makes me wanna go out and work on being a walk on. He has a great record in high school but. We can't go by that because of Mr.Football can we.
Talkin about Coker by the way. Keep his shirt on and give the boy somethin to eat for next year. At least get him to 200+.

My bad. I forgot about Jakouri. They said that he may stick more to the "hybrid" role of receiver/running back. I do think it is a smart idea to get a guy to learn that role so he can stand on the sideline.

I dont like the idea of having 2 freshmen RBs at the top of the depth chart. Let Coker have a year to get himself ready and come out in the Spring ready to challenge.

Fulmer has said over and over that Coker isn't ready.
]Running backs coach Trooper Taylor said freshman LaMarcus Coker will likely play Saturday against South Carolina.

Coker was a strong redshirt candidate before senior tailback Gerald Riggs Jr. suffered a season ending ankle injury against Alabama.
