Tough to coach at UT when he never had an offer from Dooley.

He also took the USC job this season. He didn't follow Kiffin to USC.

Pretty solid staff though I am not sold on Fisher in general.

Also see no reason to not try to upgrade Hinshaw beyond recruiting.
