The facts are that if the players on this team were playing to their ability level we may have lost one game to this point, they have not, poor QB play, fumbles, dropped passes, and lack of desire are the primary reason for the losses this season, if the players execute the plays called the coaches are brilliant, LSU second half.
Are the coaches responsible, to some part but they can't go on the field and help them throw , hold on to, or catch the ball, RS does not solve this problem. The reason we are where we are at this time is poor play not poor coaching.
I said this several years ago, no not on this forum, but to other UT fans, the UT program is stagnate, the coaches are to tied into the "UT Tradition", IMO the program needs some new blood to revitalize, remember last year when we found out two freshman were going to start at QB, we were giddy with excitement, sure we didn't know how they were going to perform but it was different, a change and it seemed the team as well as the whole Vol Nation was energized by it, the players executed and we won games and if not for a few plays would have upset Auburn for the SEC.
In past years we have lost games not from poor execution but from being out coached, a perfect example SS, so let's lay the blame where it belongs this year ....on the players,

In the medical profession, the doctor is the "captain of the ship". If the nurse, orderly, aide or whoever screws up and the patient is injured or dies the doctor is accountable and usually is the one that gets sued. Same way with a football program when things go bad the HC is accountable. You can"t fire the players!!

Did you see Kenny sing at halftime of the Georgia game? The PotSL band spelled "Kenny". It was pretty cool.

Just be happy that UAB's QB didn't execute on the last play of that game. Just be glad LSU's defense folded against us in the second half or we could have 1 WIN RIGHT NOW.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

This is one of the worst coached teams in history.

It seems every time Foolmer has a top five team they suck. They lose games they shouldn't lose and they win games by three points or less because the other team shoots themselves in the foot.

Then the years his teams start off in the teens he gets blown out by the teams who are suppose to win and skates by all of the others. He has had some ugly ten win seasons. Thank goodness the Defense always finishes in the top 20 year in and year out because our offense has been inconsistent or just flat out sorry since 99.

Give me some Crank.

And the sound crew messed up causing everyone to NOT hear him....I had a warped flashback to first grade riding the school bus home with the bus driver having the Gambler cranked up with everyone in the bus singing. Oh the childhood memories....
