Here is a very interesting stat. They played a combined 51 minutes last night and had 0 turnovers. Granted they only did score a combined 8 points, but I was highly impressed with the way they played against the #6 team (which is overrated). Anybody who is doubting that CCM is the right man for the job, just go back and watch last nights game. He has the new guys already playing at a high level.

0 turns is very impressive. There was absolutely no fear in all our guys last night. They had a toughness that was impressive. I have a feeling when you wake up the next morning after you play us you are going to know it. Let's bring that street fight mentality to Memphis today! They won't deal with that very well.

You have to be impressed. This team is far ahead of where anyone expected it to be at this point in the season. It is so refreshing to actually see a half-court offense.

It actually looks like they know what they are doing. It's great not seeing our PG stand at the top of the key and dribble for 25-30 secs then do something stupid.

Duke is an excellent defensive team and I thought our half-court offense was excellent. We missed too many easy shots at the basket or we could have easily pulled the upset.

I think the Nigeria kid (Yemi) has a chance to develop into a really nice player. I know he only had 4 points but his defense appeared to be pretty good and he moves better then I thought he would.

Give Yemi acouple of years and he will be a star for us. He has great potential

I agree about Washpun. For him to play point that long in his 3 career college game and it's against Duke. He looked to be pretty damn good out there.

I was very impressed with Washpun last night. He looked like he belonged in the game. He needs to work on his offense, but he has potential to be a very good point guard.

I don't think he even played in the 2nd game unless at the very end. Mcbee played backup PG. That makes last nights performance more surprising.

Honestly once Golden went out in the first half, I thought we were going to be in trouble with Washpun running the floor the rest of the half. His play and not turning the ball over actually kept us in the game in my opinion.

Hey does anyone know what the deal with Chris Jones is? Did he sign a LOI? Is he coming in next year?

I heard his name at least twice getting steals when the Duke bigs brought the ball down on rebounds, ect.
