I have read several of Wetzel's past pieces. I have disagreed with some of his views, but I think he has a great handle on college athletics and sports in general. I think he's one of the best sports columnists/bloggers on the web. I certainly don't label him a "moron."

I am biased because Berri was my college professor, but dude may be the top American sports economist. He's extremely well-published and has 2 books that have sold in the top 95th percentile. He's been published in the top economic journal in the world (which is much more amazing then having written 2 books). Hardly a "moron", though you may disagree with him.

Yeah, I discussed Wetzel, because I've read his stuff. I didn't know the other guy.
