I was mistaken last year when I mentioned Pryor driving 3 different cars around campus. The number was 8 in 3 years. TBH, many of the allegations mentioned: jobs, cars, etc aren't really a shocker and were going on aplenty when I was on the Hill, but Tressel comes off as scum on several occasions. Mainly his hypocrisy.

The cover made me think SI was packing 12 inches and was fixin' to slam it up in there balls deep a time or two. But then the article was more like a game of just the tip where even the tip barely crossed the plane.

It was largely old news, is what I'm getting at.

Since he "cheated" will the '02 NC be vacated?

Just curious..

I believe the stat of limitations is 5 years, so no. But I could be wrong. However, they could possibly have all W's for the last 5 years taken away. Also heard the players parking lot was in full view and there is no way to not notice the car deals going down.

The statute of limitations doesn't apply in cases where there is a long-running pattern of violations. Given that the same memorabilia-for-tatts scheme has been going on since 2002, I don't think the NCAA will have a problem with ignoring the statute.

Plus, the NCAA pretty much makes up the rules as they go along.

The story about Tressel rigging the raffle at OSU's summer camp when he was an assistant there in the '80s moves him from being simply a Bruce Pearl style phony into just short of the territory inhabited by Dave Bliss.

The NCAA may not have to and still be able to burn tOSU
