Thanks for the info. He has a relative that posts on here iirc...the kid and his family really like UT.

He liked it. Was impressed with the size of the crowd. He is getting some great offers now. I think he will take an official to UT. I think his interest in UT is genuine. Mom wants him to stay relatively close to home. I kidded with her that Knoxville was a quick drive from Hokes Bluff. I may come on the OV with them. I can go with them since I had a prior relationship with the family before he became a recruit.

Nope. She is an Auburn fan but I don't think they have any interest in Auburn. His dad (Joe King) played football at Alabama years ago. His mom isn't married to Joe anymore. I'm not sure who his step dad pulls for.

Google Maps puts Knoxville at 3.5 hrs vs 2:20 to Tuscaloosa, so that shouldn't be an overwhelming obstacle.
