Recruiting Dead/down time

So during this time will Recruits be allowed to conment to schools or it just the coaches can't have any communications to the recruits? or am I just totally wrong about both?

Well we had a commit today in James Green. So I guess they can commit anytime they want. I know Kiffin can't call them or be in contact with any of them

Not true. A recruit can call a coach anytime.

And according to some more informed than I a coach can make one call during the dead period.

During the dead period coaches are not to make in person contact or schedule official or unofficial visits, but they can make one phone call and recruits can always call whenever they want.

No he found a loop hole with Coaches making visits to recruits school to visit the coach supposedly but of course he would "run into" the player. Now Head Coaches are not allowed to do that anymore and he found another loophole with web cams and he can talk to recruits face to face every day because there is no rule against it yet.

Well that means that other coaches can talk to players with web cams. They are pretty cheap at best buy -- this shouldn't be a problem.
