I know that, and he knew that. I was posting it for those that didn't know that. Donations to Spyre/Volunteer club are not tax deductible. I would bet that some big donors are running it through a business as a marketing expense. That's a business. The individual is applying the expense at the SP, LLC, SCorp, etc, level - some type of tax entity.
Think the OP's point was it won't be deductible for an individual that doesn't apply the "expense" to a business entity. I mean, guess you could make one up and file losses for up to 3 years iirc and try to get away with it, but I mean...
According to a 2016 inspection, one of the park's most popular rides, The Cannon Ball Coaster, noted several violations. That ride was built in 1966.
The ride had missing nails from the roller coaster track, loose tracks and rotting wooden boards. Repairs on the ride were made that very same day.
The majority of the rides at Lake Winnie were built in the 70's. The oldest ride at the park is the Carousel, built in 1916.
Kids love the Winnie though.

Inspection reports reveal violations at Lake Winnie
State inspection reports for Lake Winnie reveal the safety of its rides and recent violations, after two young boys were injured at the park two weeks ago.www.local3news.com
Think it went from high of 8.5 down to 6.5. Under a touchdown due to unknowns.Wonder what the spread was before the announcement and after the announcement?
I’ve got my idiot button ready when they do.I am thinking this game is going to REALLY let a lot of people down...there is way too much being expected of this kid right now with the all the opt outs and transfers along with the pressure of this being his first real test under fire, and against a really good, deeply underestimated defense....and IF he does play close to these crazy expectations, the idiots will have freaking insane expectations for next year.
I think if we win, it will be a 20-13 type game....and the Idiot Margin will spew copious amounts of their stupidnon-stop all year about Nico being a bust and Heupel on the hot seat if we don't win 8 games.
I cannot begin to express how much I hope he plays up to at least close to those expectations...I am absolutely dreading it if he doesn't.![]()
That's the hope, but really, no one really knows at this point. My optimism for the bowl:
We will likely be the fastest team they have played all year. Both in our pace and our athletes. That would includes Penn and Michigan.
Nico is probably the most gifted true Freshman in the country.
Our wide outs finally are getting in rythym.
The fact they are on their third backup QB.
Our pass rush should feast.
My concerns:
The fact they are on their 3rd level QB and we are UT. Lol
We suck at getting penalties and they are rarely penalized.
Nico, the new secondary, or the less experiences backs making a mistake.
I don't have concerns about them beating us, but my concerns center on us beating ourselves.
