On any given day any good team can win in CFB. That disclaimer aside, IMO a full strength UGA with Brock Bowers would skull drag all but maybe 2 teams.
Bama and maybe TX? I am not convinced MI is anything against a well rounded team and Mizzou and Ole Miss exposed that theory today.

These excuses made for teams outside the SEC that opted out while also crying how CFB is diluted should stop. Either acknowledge the teams that showed up for showing up or stop bringing it up as an excuse. Because for some it is not.

If they land in a premier conference, they lost leverage tonight in negotiating how much of a hit they will take in annual money until a new deal is negotiated between the conference and the networks.

I removed myself from the PF a couple of years ago. Not to shirk my own responsibility, but I decided that forum doesn't bring out the best in me. The RF has proven a much better pace.

FSU v UGA ended as it should. One coach kept his team together and focused. The other whined and cried and his team imploded.

What you saw was a better team with better leadership at the top. The FSU deserved it is BS. Winners keep fighting, they don’t quit.

This really is the crux of the game. It illustrates the state of both programs.

As someone who hates UGA with a passion, I wish the shoe was on the other foot and UGA was the one caving on leadership. As is, FSU will fade back to where they were before their transfers and UGA will continue to be a title contender.

I want good teams to get in so when we are one it is us. That simple. Idgaf about Bama, but they and UGA are the example we are currently chasing. PERIOD. I know because even in rhe progress we have made they are the teams tripping us and each other up most.


I hate Bama. I hate the SEC office is in their back yard and back pocket, but I never want to see a better team held out of the playoffs because of what - jealousy, pride? The hate of our rivals is fine, but this machismo bs that I cannot say out loud they are good or deserve a spot in the playoffs over some inferior alternate conference foe is emotional and not based on reality we can all watch on screen.

Nonsense bet, but I'd definitely take the bet with both teams at full power.

UGA can't be declared the best, without question, otherwise they would be undefeated. . . and it could still be argued that another team is better. I think FSU could beat them with both teams at full power and there is a legitimate argument to make that it's possible, or even probable. You think they can't. Neither of us can prove our opinion as a fact.

It's not about being declared the best, I just legitimately don't know where the edge is at.

But FSU was an undefeated P5 champion who beat 2 SEC teams. Bama needed a miracle to beat Auburn. So much for on the field results.

Went to Tyson Middle school with Leroy. He was a good guy and a great player, whom I was disappointed didn’t go to UT.

I was at Fulton when he was at A-E. Didn't know him but he was a fantastic football player.
