Moral of the story: don't mess with crazy women and you won’t get burned.

Also, MSU finna get sued and lose.

The whole escapade feels very strange to me. I doubt either party is being 100 percent truthful about what happened. That said, what Clay is disseminating is 100 percent designed by his lawyers to make her look bad and make Mel hireable again. I'd take it with a grain of salt.

Regardless if you get a job like that don't mess around. Just don't.

This is a really cool event. Looks better than any other college football game venue.

With that being said, is it okay for me to be a little pissed that I am in a white section?
First game in Neyland since the kiffin auburn debacle.

I was really looking forward to wearing the Big Orange!

Oh I will definitely be wearing white, but screaming in Pantone 151! 😎

I will do my part to help get to

14-1 🤠

Absolutely not. My parents are attending and they are thrilled to be in the orange section. Those of you in the white sections are doing your duty to make Neyland the best looking stadium experience in CFB. Wear some big orange shoes, socks, and accessories.

I have another science lesson for everyone today. I have been doing research on cows lately. Why I am doing it is not important, but what is important is that I have discovered why they have hooves instead of feet. It is simply because they lactose.

So why didn't my wife grow hooves after our kids were born Byron Nye The Science Guy? Well?

Trick question.....she already had hooves like all demons.

If Josh Pate wants to devote a segment to ripping into them, then he should probably have the journalistic chops and guts to come right out and identify them. The NCAA is an easy target for criticism, but I generally find Pate's opinions and rants poorly articulated and less than convincing.
Another rough take

First it's night games don't make a difference and now Josh Pate isn't articulate?

Wear an orange hat or orange pants!

Josh Pate implicitly doubting Tennessee on his show. Said Bama/TAMU was the hardest remaining game on the schedule for both teams.

I'm sorry, playing us on the road is a harder game than playing Bama at home. I just don't see us losing that game as of today. Maybe I'll feel differently if they trouce Bama. But I think it's a backup QB in a whatever offense and a defense that gave up almost 50 to Miami.

Ever since we beat BAMA last season, Neyland has come alive in a way it hasn't been since Fulmer was coaching. We had nearly a decade of 'quiet' but now that Neyland has returned, no place in CFB can match us. We were a fanbase that was absolutely starving for hope that has finally found it after so many let downs. The feeling now is different than it was back then - wilder, more fierce - and Neyland is transformed.

The way the crowd was vs. South Carolina was an enormous advantage to our team and if our fans keep it up, it will be hard for anyone to beat us at home. Home field advantage helped us escape the price of 2 ints and 2 fumbles. That in and of itself is amazing.

Crazy but true. Rock isn't really a genre at this time. You have indie...jam...prog stuff...mixes like Tame Impala...but not much I'd consider rock...

The biggest new(ish) group I can think of is King Gizzard and even they are allll over the map.

Some friends were discussing this months ago and we kept laughing at one suggestion it might still be Foo Fighters. After a long discussion of very few answers, we decided to google it...and yes the Ranker poll had at #1...Foo Fighters...a band from the 90s. There's truly no modern "rock n roll" as a popular music form.

Tool still putting out music and touring as well as A Perfect Circle putting out a new album and touring the Southeast in Spring of 2024. Love both bands.

I regularly go to amazing rock concerts. The genre doesn't have as much variety and total quality but there are still a lot of older great rock bands from 90's and 2000's putting out music and touring to go along with some great newer bands. You just have to look a little harder than before to find them since radio is dead and rock has not had the widespread popularity it did up until the mid 2000's.

Speaking of rock...there goes Maynard and Les Claypool chugging along in multiple bands decades later

Wow, I was not expecting to see this a few minutes after I posted about it. I can't wait to see them and can't believe Maynard is 60. Dude is one of the all-time great rock singers, writer and front man. He does not get enough credit for his greatness.

I have seen Tool four times dating back to around 2000. Every time was one of the best concerts I have been to. The fact that they almost sound better live is mind blowing.

If you have never seen the concert video of Maynard taking down a drunk fan who ran on stage at him during the Aenima tour then you need to youtube it. Maynard sat on him, wrapped the mic cord around his neck, didn't disrupt his singing at all and proceeded to rhythmically ride/dry hump the dude and at times sing in his ear while occasionally lightly choking him to the music with the cord for the remaining 5 or so minutes of the song.

It was epic and 100% not staged. All time great rock moment and probably the craziest thing that ever happened to that fan in his life.

Do like @InVOLuntary at the checkerboarded basketball game when we beat bama. Wear a white shirt under your orange. Enjoy repping the orange all day! Pull the orange layer off in your seat when kickoff gets near. Have it both ways!

14-1 😆

I've been at every checker. Have sat in a different seat in most of them and have always been white. Not sure what the odds are for such 'luck', but I've survived it and so will you.
