I don’t care if they do or if they don’t but friends in low places really doesn’t make sense and it has run its course. There’s nothing “Tennessee” about it. In fact it would seem we were singing about drinking away our sorrows cause our team sucks rather than let’s get fired up for the 4th quarter. Plenty other songs to pick from if you want some sing a long
Low Places is trash.

Anything but that.

I do have to give UF credit for one thing. . . when they see a coach isn't working out, they pull the trigger. I dont recall them ever really letting a coach hang around an extra year or 2 to see if he turns it around. Hopefully they face plant on the next hire too.
I'm not giving them credit for acting like message board reactionaries.

It's hard enough to land a good coach. To only be willing to accept a coach who can turn it around in half the amount of time as should be reasonably expected is hilariously stupid. I'm here for it and hope they stick with it until it works out for them in 20 years.

Yeah, always seems to work out well when programs keep a lame-duck coach when they know he's not gonna work.

Bluegrass maybe we'll known and played music in Tennessee...those College kids would love it.😎
I hate bluegrass, but honestly college kids hate everything that isn’t hip hop or pop BS nowadays. Look at the top 40 on the billboard. Not a true band in sight. Jim Morrison was right when he said “all music will eventually be made by computers,” in 1960’s.

My sis in law apparently has made a career in Electronic Music. Apparently is degreed in it, and is successful. Dont want to give away my position but, it all sounds like absolute **** to me.

Congrats on having a career in crappy music.

The 80’s computerized sounds were good. I like what New Jack Swing was doing in the late 80’s. new edition and their solo acts specifically were really good.

It went way too far after that, and with rock bands dying out after the late 90’s-early 00’s.. it’s all that’s left. I hate it.

That’s why I’m a 27 year old who knows as much about 70s and 80’s music as my dad does.
