Why would the next coach think he’s only getting 2 years? He’s a “good” coach - he’s going to produce with all of those envious resources and assets.

Also, I love how “rumblings” of a Gators coach search has reached our board so if true it means they clearly aren’t doing it very quietly which means Napier knows. Probably not long before he throws in the towel on this season, his players give up, and their season collapses.

Are stats the only way you rank players? Squirrel and Bru are top 25 WRs based on ability...the only reason they don't have stats is play calling.

Game performances do. I always pull for the team hosting a recruit we’re targeting to not belong on the same field as the visiting opponent. We deal with Bama later.

“We beat Team X” and “Team X got blown out” are 2 of the most overused and misplaced narratives by fans following recruiting.

It doesn’t matter who wins. But performance certainly matters.

You don’t want your targeted recruit being able to “see themselves” being successful in that other jersey.

Our biggest scheduling **** up the last however many years was playing Florida before this happens. We always get them when they still have hope for their season.
