SIAP.....Been thinking about yesterday’s game and in spite of how terrible and undisciplined Tennessee played if they make two plays on D it’s a whole different game. If they catch the INT and recover the strip that UGA’s OL recovered we might be talking about a different game.
Tennessee still has to play better and would’ve struggled to win anyway, but they aren’t that far away even when playing terrible.
Georgia laid the blueprint on how to stop our running game!..JG better figure it out or Pruitt better start giving reps to the other QB’s...this season won’t be fun when it comes to prime time games.
No argument here. And I’m not saying that Tennessee would’ve won the game because they were getting NOTHING done on O, but make those plays it’s likely a different game. Our OL got punked. That’s the story of the game. Even with the lead and them spotting us 7, they were dominating the LOS and controlling the flow of the game.
He’s getting a full 4 years clearly. He’s got us on the right track. I think we are allSaban has been at UA, what 9/10 years?
Smart got dealt a loaded deck at UG and has been recruiting lights out for 4 years.
Mullen has been a proven HC for what 7-8 years, and again didn’t exactly take over a sh!t roster.
Pruitt has 2.5 recruiting classes and is in his 3rd year as hC and we’re suppose to be beating the likes of the above mentioned?
Yes, would be nice, and would nice to put a full competitive game together against them, but we are now beating the teams we are suppose to. One step at a time here.
Give Pruitt a full 4 year recruiting cycle and I think we’ll be there, or damn close.
So we open as a 6.5 point favorite in the UK game. I’m saying we cover easily. They won’t be able to score on us, and our O-line will look more like it did against Mizzou than UGA.
Have an elite DL? Mizzou stacked the box, and we ran for 232. LSU ran for 49 and Bama ran for 111 against them. We should be able to run on most other teams.
I expected their rush to concentrate on out left side. We have right-handed QBs and poor blocking from out TEs. In addition, our running backs are getting killed by the rush because they are giving 50-70 pounds to their DEs and LBs. If they try to cut the rushers and miss, the rushers have a clean shot at the QB.Except he was rushing with only 5.

You forgot to mention our line out weighed both of those teams lines by 40 to 50 pounds THATS why they were man handled that stuff won’t happen from here on out...we will be playing big boy football after Kentucky.
Was thinking about that earlier. Our TE rn is a non factor and that's a big drag on our attack. Can't wait to get a true passcatching threat at TE in here. Honestly most excited about Miles.I think one thing that isn’t brought up enough which holds back the offense is the tight end position. Seeing how defenses struggle to scheme against these mismatches like Kyle Pitts, Jalen Wydermyre, and this one hurts Arik Gilbert. Especially in games like yesterday where you struggle to protect your QB for any length of time and it’s a all about the short to intermediate passing game. It hurts when defenses don’t have to respect that position.
Hudson Wolfe can’t get here soon enough.
