JG scored on those scripted first drives plenty of times. 2 TOs by our starting QB. Though Shrout's TD was a beaut his play hardly kept the game competitive. I know you guys want the snaps for 15 to build for the future, but QB play was in no way improved today from what JG likely brings. Just like getting a new coach is likely no silver bullet. Saban already had a NC before he got to Bama. Am afraid persistence, improvement, and hard work are the only way forward toward Atlanta. Do think the roster is being turned-over and don't think we are losing ground there. Recruiting class seems solid. Those are somethings to build on. Glamour's not going to do it.

Both did well enough as head coaches in D1 ball that they were hired away by the NFL. I especially don’t get the hate for O’Brien. He did a great job at Penn State, all things considered.

O'Brien is a much more attractive candidate than Marrone (woof!!!).

I hate that his grandfather died when he's having to go through all this other stuff. I don't hate Pruitt, I think he's built the team well-- I just don't see any improvement.
