This is exactly what the doctor ordered. The new AD must be able to start with a clean slate and do things his way. Same thing with the new HC.
Let them do what they are being hired to do, and do it their way with their chosen people. This is what we have needed for a long long time.

why u keep downplaying.... I know we get our hopes up time and time again, get close, just to get kicked in the nads, but this feels different... I think the right folks involved are finally fed up with this and want to change it... go with it! Napier is a great coach, but until I see a bunch of top shelf coaches say no, then I think we do better. At the end of the day, F U money talks.
