Fleck is a "B" hire for me. Everyone not named Kiffin or Campbell that's been mentioned is below that. If we've hired a $2mil AD and that's the best he can do I'll have doubts of whether he's worth the money.

I won’t. I think people don’t realize how much of a tough sell this job is, especially right now. He’s proven he can hire good coaches, so I don’t understand why people question him.

Probably not the greatest comparison as Fleck is light years better than Mike Leach. I base it on the scheme he runs and I don’t see him anywhere close to the same level as a Ryan Day, Matt Campbell, Nick Saban, Dan Mullen, Lincoln Riley.

He isn’t a QB whisperer like Day, Mullen, or Riley.

I guess I didn't mention my concern of Kiffin bolting for the NFL is because I dont think he is even in consideration. I do believe that Campbell is their top choice.

But, yeah, like Campbell, if Kiffin got us fixed, him jumping to NFL would concern me, but only the NFL, not another college job.
