My daughter just turned 12 this week and is on the middle school softball team and we watched this movie with her for the first time a couple of weeks ago. She liked the movie except the line "you play ball like a girl" lol. She said "hey! Me and my team could beat those chumps like 15-2!" It was a great moment lol
It's going to suck. I see us being one of the schools left out in the cold on this, we have nobody that gives a crap enough to buy a good team, and even if they do...who wants to pull for a team of pure mercenaries that don't give a dang about Tennessee or what it means to be a Volunteer.@Christian Lowe is a fine young American who wants each athlete to maximize their earning potential, as is the American way. This is fair.
However, and this is what most of us are countering with, this capitalistic mindset will be to the detriment of college sports as a whole while it is beneficial to the pieces (players) specifically. It can be both, and it will be both.
It’s going to be far less about the things we’ve come to love about the game, such as loyalty, fandom, growth, perseverance and growth and much more about who is working the biggest check. Sure, recruiting has always worked this way but heavy hitters would not risk getting their hands dirty. Just wait until Phil Knight decides he can generate monster profits for Nike by making Oregon the premier college program. Under Armour will funnel into Maryland and they will become a powerhouse for no reason other than the check that is written.
Good for the goose… bad for the gander.
Whitehead for sure. Dee can still be used for short yardage at RB and get plenty of carries. Gump should have used him last year.
Think he's just much more dynamic with the ball in his hands like CP, who also is ironically a better RB than WR. If I recall Beckwith was really a basketball player who decided to give football a try his Jr year of HS. His coach let him take direct snaps and pointed towards the end zone. By his Jr year of college he should be terrorizing SEC defenses much like Henry did at Bama once he became an upperclassman.I do wonder if he has bad hands and that's why he hasn't been moved to WR or TE. If that's the case, and he can't find a way on the field at RB, then defense may be his spot. They're running out of time to make use of him if he needs to be on defense.
Literally one of the worst movies of all time. Slightly ahead of "The Room"@Bassmaster_Vol reminds me of The Natural. You love that movie, right?
I bought the Peanut Butter Cup MetRx yesterday bc I saw your post. It better be good.
Just bought a pile of expired Built Bars on EBay on your recommendation hoss.
I’m out walking all day on this new job, door to door, so I hope it’s a nice snack
This **** is terrible for you compared to a lot of other powders, but I use to get this stuff because it tasted sooooooooo good lol. Every flavor is fire.
Ton more not listed.
Edit: Wait, you may be talking about bars.

While looking up some stats from last year...couldn't help but notice all-world JT Daniels was hardly killing it last year according to stats that don't benefit him from all the talent around him (such as Tua's insane YPA when he was throwing 6 yard passes and receivers running the last 50 yards for TDs). On an island, he's nothing special...
