I've been dragged a few times for being overly negative, but you can certainly express more pessimistic opinions in a level-headed way and not get your head bitten off. I was open about my prediction that we were not going to make a bowl game this year, and while some people disagreed with me, it never got nasty.

Why are we mad today? UT not getting all these transfers and decommits? If so, y’all are ridiculous. We were never going to get these 5* guys leaving 5* programs. They’re leaving for somewhere more stable, sure, but also somewhere that can still offer them a Championship and NIL money. That place just isn’t Tennessee. Get over it. You’ll be a lot happier once you accept that.
