If you live in a subdivision, or anywhere for that matter, can you legally walk around your yard butt-nekkid? I'm fairly certain you can't. My friends are mostly idiots and one claims you can, as long as you're on your own property and not performing sexual stunts. Indecent exposure?

Remember on FPI - it's a model that takes into account our last 3 years of offensive and defensive production at varying weights. That means that Pruitt's last 2 years are part of their offensive projection for us. That is obviously nonsensical given the coaching change, so you should expect us to outperform FPI.

My son and I each caught a 20+ Pound lake trout. For once I actually caught a bigger fish than he did! We released these. Kept 5 to eat. If you ever get the chance to fish Williams Fork Reservoir near Granby Colorado, take it.

I would say that is a bit different. That’s in public. Can’t say that I’ve defended many things like this, but the statute states that it has to be in a public place (or private residence of “another”) and your private residence is not included in that.

It also has to been seen by someone, and your backyard would be private. Now if a person lives on a busy street and decides to go out to their front yard, it might get interesting.

Rare but deadly carnivorous chipmunks also RMNP. They swarmed a tourist that got too close. It was awful. Nothing but bones when they finished. They are like land piranhas.
