Rare but deadly carnivorous chipmunks also RMNP. They swarmed a tourist that got to close. It was awful. Nothing but bones when they finished. They are like land piranhas.

I reviewed the statute for public indecency and indecent exposure. I feel confident that they don’t include your property in areas where the public can’t really view you. The public indecency clearly states, “premises used solely as a private residence…are not deemed to be a public place.” The indecent exposure statute includes a “resident of another,” so not your own.

This lady was standing by the road, so not out of public view. I guess the officer decides at that point.

Side note; the lady is sick, so I don't think anything should happen to her. This was just a general question for an average person being nude on their own property.

Lord please be with nicksjazunk and family in the coming days. Matriarchal loss is so tough for our families. They guide us and grow us into the men and women we are today. Special!! I think an argument can be made that it doesn’t fall within the statute. But an officer might think otherwise.

I certainly agree that it’s fine on your property if no one sees you (but that’s kind of the point). It is legal to skinny dip in your own pool. But I’m not trying to encourage people either.

There is solid points for both sides. Yes, Pitt does return some talent. Based on last year though, they lost their Starting QB who was all world, their star WR, their Offensive Coordinator.

We started Joe Milton last year. It was before Hooker really shining and we still almost won. We have another year in a high scoring system when the key player now, "get it".

I think it'll be a close game, but I think we still win.

Realistically, I see 9-3. Losses to Bama, Georgia, and one of LSU or Pitt. There is a good chance for 10-2 if we get all the breaks. I dont think we have the depth to compete for a full game with Bama and Georgia, yet. If this class remains as good as it is and we get another good class the following year, we will be able to surprise the Bamas and Georgias of the world.

Tiger is an icon that has made the overall game of golf billions because he did amazing things that nobody besides Jack could do...women are not and will not ever be able to do those things. A freaking high school boys soccer team beat the womens national team for craps sake...it has absolutely nothing to do with personality, it has everything to do with genetics.

No woman will ever be able to come close to the physical dominance of the greatest male athletes...without being genetically enhanced or some dude that claims to be a woman gets accepted.
