This it's a no brainer. Oklahoma has 1 loss that it avenged and is a conference champ. UGA is a 2 loss team. Even worse they would face Bama again. Committee won't go for that

But it still sucks to go undefeated two years in a row and just be stuck not knowing since it’s a 4 team playoff

If They actually played somebody they wouldnt be undefeated so I don't feel bad for them

Regardless, even if you do intend to fake there, as soon as you see that Bama doesn't have a return man on the field you have to call time out, You absolutely cannot allow that play to happen if you are Smart.

Agree. I think if you do wanna go for it there keep your offense on the field. Clear he didn’t trust his defense against hurts

You should go back and look at how much NFL talent was on the team he had here. Berry, stocker, hardesty, Dan Williams, Austin Johnson, Bryce Brown, demaryius Moore, Jac McClendon, Aaron douglas(rip), montori Hughes, Chris Scott. And those are just players that had NFL careers. Not even counting good players like Rico McCoy, Gerald Jones, janzen etc.

Only winning 7 games that year was a crime. I’m not saying kiffin is a horrible coach but i think a lot of people like kiffin especially now and clouds the fact that he has ultimately under achieved every job he has had. It’s still early at FAU.

Dude, common. That team had to overcome Crompton and starting the Sullins twins on the OL.

While I will give you a couple of highly talented players that team had a ton of holes in the roster .

I just named you over a dozen NFL players that were main contributors to that team..
The sullins twins weren’t great but they also had two NFL OLmen up there with them.

UCLA was garbage and VT, Auburn, Ole miss, were all very winnable.
