So, butch screws up this kid’s recruitment, gets fired, goes to Alabama, loses (badly) to this kid in the national title game. You couldn’t write it any better.

Last nights game proves that Pruitt has to nail this OC hire. We already have an elite DC in Pruitt, we need the OC to match. That’s the key, not his recruiting prowess. Bama did that and in spite of being the most talented team in the country, they were thoroughly outcoached. Bring Tee in, get rid of Weinke, and we have upgraded our recruiting. Hire an OC who is an elite coach. That’s what we need there.

Well dang. @HankHill had me convinced that Sark with Tee as a position coach, was an awesome idea.
Then I go to the FF and Ktownking has informed everyone the only possible way to think Tee would be a great position coach but not OC, is if they're complete racists.

Why U trying to make me a skinhead Hankhill??? I trusted you.

Last night’s game and this bowl season in general has got me hoping Pruitt brings in a high powered spread offense. I don’t like the idea of a ball control, ground and pound offense here at this point. I think you have to be able to overwhelmingly outtalent your opponent in order to just come out and roll over them. We’re not going to outtalent anybody like that for a while.

I don't know technical football, but I don't care if its spread. What's clear though is that we need to be able to throw it all over the yard. We can do that from a typical pro set, right?
