Rocker is top 150 in recruiting according to 24/7, he's in on 4 of our commits, all 3 stars though.

YAC is top 50...I'm fine with staff as is honestly, Tee for Weinke and I'd be happier than a pig in s**t. Don't want to just "find" changes that aren't needed.

Rankings wise Weinke is our weakest recruiter, Fair and Rumph are also poor. Rumph has a high average rating on his recruits though, just not in on as many.

Hurts is officially in the transfer portal.

Won't be coming here. Not a good fit for Chaney imo. If I were Hurts(taking my orange glasses off) I would be looking at Florida, FAU, Penn St, Miss St, FSU, Maryland, Ok ST, Syracuse, North Carolina(grew up TX fan Mack Brown).

I'm ecstatic if we replace Weinke with Friend. I just asked the question. I think Rocker is a great coach.

i dont let people tell me if language is a word or not, its how things become words

I mainly used it to perturb my English teachers with a grammatical corncob up their A$$

I find your lack of grammar perturbing.

HC: Pruitt
OC/QB: Bajakian
RB: Gillespie
WR: Bagget
TE: Neids
OL: Heistand

DC: Shoop
DL/AHC: Orgeron
LB: Sirmon
DB:Joseph
10th: Rocker
Having shoop and Pruitt working together would be insane.

Bajakian’s offenses at UT were horrendous 106th and 83rd , Debord was a much better OC

Maryland or FAU (Kiffin) would be the two I'd put up there. He may also be interested in a Texas school so family could see him play.

EDIT: If I was him I'd probably go to TCU, great coach, no established starter at QB, an offense that can allow him to pad some stats passing & running, and near his family.

Hard pass on hurts.

I like who we have.

I love who we got coming.
Hurts is better than JG. But, we only have him for one year. He would start here, but JG would transfer. That means in 2020 we have a freshman in Bailey and 2 other unproven QB's battling for starting time in the SEC. None of whom have any experience. Its a gamble. But Hurts gives us a better chance at winning this season imo.

Pruitt needs to win next year, period. He can't afford another 5-7 season. It's a lot harder to win next year with JG or the other green nobodies on our roster than Jalen Hurts. Turning him away is bananas.

Agreed. You would think bringing in Hurts would also cause a divide in the locker room because he definitely isnt going somewhere to sit.
You guys serious? a divide in the locker room? i would hope having a legit QB who can actually get us scoring points would unite the team pretty efficiently. On top of that it seems like Hurts has been a pretty low key guy for the most part, i know most QBs in his spot wouldn't have taken that situation as well as he did. We would be instantly 2 wins better with him on our roster. IMO. It's like inserting Dobbs for Worley but probably even more so of a benefit.
