Magnesium, preferably in a form you absorb well, like magnesium glycinate. I'd take at least 400mg elemental magnesium (I take considerably more) for a while. Virtually everyone has sub-optimal levels, regardless of what serum levels claim, and it greatly predisposes us to excessive muscle activation and 100 other things you don't want.

Absolutely. Along with insufficient vitamin D and omega-3 fats, preferably in the form of fish oil, magnesium is one of the three most widespread nutritional deficiencies in America.

While people are discussing Levis, we got a little something special coming for the Kentucky game…

Have you tried Scotch? Years ago I started drinking black coffee because dairy and sugar are terrible for you. A week after doing so the coffee started tasted amazing. Then I tried scotch straight (not in the morning obviously) and it was the same. I think you can go blended like Johnnie Walker Black or Glenfiddich if you want single malt. Doesn’t have to be expensive and fancy. Then I tried bourbon straight. No going back it’s like a new awakening. Simple and delicious.

You nailed it! I have always preferred Scotch to bourbon. Oddly enough, I can even handle a drambuie on occasion but I just can't get myself to like bourbon or Tennessee Whiskey. I like Irish Whiskey too.

I'm a big black coffee drinker too so there might be something to that with the flavor profiles.

What is up with country ham and red eye gravy not being mentioned in the biscuit discussion? I thought I was on the Minnesota board for sec [ducks].

* A big thick slice of real smoked Tennessee sausage > sausage gravy.
* Red eye gravy and country ham > sausage gravy.

I love sausage gravy, and I think we should have some when we discuss this at the Waffle House!

Nick Saban and the #1 team in the country isn't the same thing as Mark Stoops and Kentucky. The two things aren't related, not sure why you're bringing Bama/Saban into a discussion about OM vs Kentucky.

I will say though, Ole Miss has 4 rushers averaging over 5 YPC right now and as a team they are putting up 280 rushing yards a game.
The point was just, he's had his chances before and his team wasn't even competitive.

Tennessee is just crazy in the best way.
He's right...in all the years I've been watching sports, I've never seen..."civilians"?...especially those with no affiliation to the team, whatsoever, dump the Gatorade/water on the coach. This was a first for me. And, tbh, part of me hates that they did it; but, it's also kind of cool, too.

Welcome, those of you who became Vols, because you experienced the greatest thing/atmosphere in the world.

Instead of focusing on TU, check out his mid season senior highlights. This kid is an aggressive 6'2" press/man corner, that is explosive. Would love to steal this one from Butch. Looks more impressive than a couple of guys that we have committed.
Who's "focusing"? Merely NOTICING. That allowed in your by-laws?
