Not at all. You post that you don’t give a about anything but get upset over ESPN. They even call it “hot takes.” Basically it’s something to make people react. It’s nothing more than a ploy for attention. None of the people giving those takes make the decision. And some people look for someones arse to
I give a when ESPN gets Peyton screwed out of the Heisman. And I give a when they're trying to shape perception to help screw us out of the playoffs. Not at all. Absolutely. That stuff is there in plain sight if you just look at it. The is undoubtedly a negative narrative about Tennessee at ESPN. Has been for years. They enjoyed us being as bad as we were the last several years.I give a when ESPN gets Peyton screwed out of the Heisman. And I give a when they're trying to shape perception to help screw us out of the playoffs.
Maybe we can hire Saban to replace MartinezI don't think he retires this year but you have to look also at what's in front of him. He's likely going to have to replace both coordinators and replace the best QB ever to play there with who? Ty Simpson...??
This may not be his last year but I think it is the beginning of the end. His pride tells him go out on top, he will come back next year and it will be an even worse season for them and it will force him out.
Thing is it really isn't this impossible scenario. Bama is a team the rebels could beat and LSU losing on the road to Arkansas wouldn't be shocking. Could Ole Miss hang with Georgia in Atlanta? As unlikely as that would be, it would suck for us and give the committee something to look at. Nightmare scenario.
It’s clear the committee values us more than ESPN. They did everything they could to talk us down and the committee was like, they are really good and crushed LSU…only team with 2 top 10 wins and 1 on the road. Reece should be ashamed for comparing OR getting curb stomped by 40 and us losing by 14 in a true road game. Committee much smarter and mature than ESPN narrative.
they could but that ain’t happening lol. I don’t think they beat Alabama and they may not even beat MS State. I don’t think LSU is going to lose another game either until the SEC championship. I do think LSU can slow UGA’s offense with the athletes they have though.Would a 1 loss SEC champion Ole Miss make the playoffs? Their only loss would be to top 10 LSU. Unlikely they win out and LSU loses 1 but it's possible nonetheless.
