Lol, imagine if he truly did lead the charge to get Gruden and was successful.
Now imagine he was leading the charge and it never came to fruition because we ran him out of town before it could be completed. Bass would have to join the witness protection program.

True. I don’t think we will ever know what Curries has or hasn’t been doing. I’m cautiously optimistic that Gruden gets locked in but I can see several possibilities where it can go wrong. I honestly think it all comes down to the booster power struggle. If Currie has the cajhones to get it done despite booster influence, he will go down as a hero.

If our hopes are On Swain’s info I would be hesitant.

COULD see changes- he says this every week.

Changes to Jumbotron. Of course, if Butch is terminated they will take his profile off.

East about to run through Knoxville, always does and should. That IMO is no more than Ron being optimistic each year saying 13-0

Great fun but don’t think he has any info.

I've always been a skeptic. But I am on board with him doing a great job because he has a fantastic football mind and the recruiting would be out of this world.
Just think it's hard to pull someone to college if they can have a successful NFL gig and I'm reaching the point where I can barely remember the last time anything good happened to Tennessee. BVS is real.

I hate it but I'll have to see it to believe it. And I would probably question it for weeks after that lol.

The mind boggling thing for me is he has turned down every football offer for it feels like forever. My hope is the missus persuaded him much like Terry Saban did for Nick.
