Actually it looks like a player who gives an ish about Tennessee speaking the truth. Other than the constant expletives what he said was 100 percent correct and what every single one of us has been saying. All JJ did is cuss when he said it.

Maybe true, but he should have waited 4 days to say it. If anyone in any position of authority allows that type of behavior they should never expected to be respected again.

Hoke will be gone from UT a week from now, but he is not done coaching young men by a long shot. Can't let them see that you put up with that type of behavior.

Jauan should have been suspended this game, and the decision of whether or not to dismiss him from the team should have been left up to the new head coach. Brady Hoke should not have the right to dismiss a player from a team he will have no part of in a couple of weeks.

He should've been suspended. That's fine. But to allow Brady Hoke to make the decision to kick him out is ridiculous and that's the second strike for Currie to me. The first one is allowing Walt Wells to stay on staff after making Kendrick play with a concussion.

These players are going to check out over this. Which may not matter to a lot of people because the season is over - but it's just another problem the new coach has to step into.

Gosh, again, please tell me you can see the difference in those situations. Please. You're not even one of the unreasonable posters on here. You cannot go on public media and say what he said. It wasn't that he used swear words. It was the content of his message.

I don't think it was a good move. But it looks incredibly stupid and tone deaf since this is not Hokes program. He is the interim. suspend Jennings and let the next coach talk to him. Dude felt lied to.

JJ has had plenty of chances. Mayfield and him aren’t comparable because Mayfield didn’t dog cuss his entire coaching staff and call out their integrity. It sucks because I love watching him play, but he isn’t innocent here.

Not denying what JJ did was wrong or what strike he was but at this point you just suspend him indefinitely and let the next coach decide. Saying Currie approved it is bull too. He’s chilling in the Bahamas. All he got was second hand knowledge from Hoke on the issues from today besides the video. At this point you just suspend him, you don’t dismiss him. The next coach can make that decision with what he feels is best.

Currie thinks he's immune to this stuff because the coaching staff is about to be replaced but this stuff lingers. Makes it harder for the players to buy in and they let recruits know the administration will side with coaches over players on every issue.

Lol. I thought for sure those incidents were remembered. There are others that aren't public but no reason to go there. He's gone and that's a good thing for this program.

Last thing surely posters realize Currie made this decision not Hoke.

Jennings should be indefinitely suspended and then Currie or the next coach can determine what to do with him. Not a fan of Hoke having the authority here.
