Wasn't the rumor from FSU people that he left there because of problems with him and coeds? He and Richt didn't get along and then Smart didn't retain him even though they had worked together at Bama before.

That's why I like Pruitt to some degree.

So your ok with your coach telling his players to take knees out and I think we've seen how hating your coach works out. A hated coach is a failed coach. Successful teams have players that love their coach, will run through a wall for them.

That is exactly the truth..money talks..we have it, lots of it, but the idiot Haslam and his puppet want to spend it on buildings instead of coaching. It is criminal stupidity.

Thats because the Haslams know if we get a good coach then we would no longer need their donations to afford new buildings or anything.

we would sell out every game, merchandise would be at an all time high, donations would come flowing in all around.

Haslams won't hire a good coach and give them control because then the Haslams would lose their power.

Media would really kill us if we hired Kendal Briles after the Schiano thing. Kendal Briles is all up in the Baylor stuff and a lot of the quotes from people directly pointed at him are disturbing.

It is where I am. Vol football is no longer fun. The sheer hope of a Cinderella story for Tee and UT would be one of the rare ways out of this funk. If he sucks tho...

At the very least with Tee talent will be abundant. Current players would stay and he would definitely keep the 2018 class together. Hiring a great staff would be paramount but not impossible. Tee would be a home run hire at this point all things considered.
