I can't agree at all with this..... TRob and Champ have a strong argument and the players to back them up.

Yeah Hump definitely made more plays. Sutton is better than any CB down there though. And Martin is better than their No.2 CB too. Fitzpatrick played the nickel well but what play did he make over 15 yards? He struggled versus the slot man in the Clemson game when attacked directly. Who's the No.3 CB at Bama? This is what's so funny about this argument. If the dudes were monsters on the bench they would be playing right now.

Also Shoop and the run of DBs he sent pro from Vandy kinda puts him on the level of Saban as a DB coach. He sent CBs every year to the pros at a program like Vanderbilt. Come on now HG. You act like the coaching gap is big when I feel personally we are at the least even on defense.

Muschamp had a good run at Tx and UF. Not hard tho. Dana produced at Tx. Vance Bredford and Kirk Callahan produced at UF.

Would any Vol fans trade Kirkland for Reuben Foster? I for one wouldn't at all.

You talk about guys coming off the bench. KMack, Kyle Phillips, Darrel Taylor, and Austin Smith say hello. A healthy Tuttle looked like the most disruptive young D-lineman in the league. To act like Bama has better young talent than us is laughable.

VH3, Tabor, Wilson are all better than any CB Bama has had the last 3 years......

That's your argument. You named players that haven't produced or based of their potential by your evals. I'm a numbers guys. May not translate to the NFL but that what matters on Sat.

Tabor just kinda naturally progressed. Lol He was already shutting WRs down making huge plays(forced the fumble against us that changed the game) his first year.

I think our DBs at Tennessee will be top 3 in the country with Shoop coaching them. We've got dogs everywhere. And you know I've been talked about for not praising our players on here at times in the secondary. Had Jancek been the DC I wouldn't say this but Shoop is the difference.

Again show me the production. You just naming off names based on rankings at this point. What me to name all the 5* Bama got on the B team? Ive stated that Bama guys have produce behind NFL draft picks.

I'm sure most wouldn't have taken Herny over
Hurd or even Ragland over JRM/Kirland. That's what fans do. Guess we'll revisit at end of season and next draft.

Been waiting on the BB vs HG debate since after spring. 😉😉😉

But this year on defense you will be hard pressed to find a faster more athletic group than the orange swarm this yr. Bama has some definite studs but as a unit advantage VOLS. In every position.

Also HG can't wait to see the Gators on O. Still not seeing a lot of playmakers. But hey we still gotta find a way to win that game since we haven't in FOREVER

NSIS. Foster will probably be first LB of the board next draft. Could have gone as early as 2nd this draft. He made the right choice coming back to give them more tape. Still put up numbers playing besides an AA.

I wouldn't take him over Jarrad Davis or Darrin Kirkland.

Only guys proven are Callaway and Powell when healthy. Goolsby is a match up problem and should put up big numbers at TE. I like the 3 RBs on campus. All have good size and burst. They just need experience. Interior of the OL are big and physical. Did care for the OT play this spring but Ivey was out and he'll take over one of the T spots. Luke Del Rio is 100% upgrade of Harris.
