Debord getting a 75k raise to bring him to 575k. Thigpen and Gillespie both getting major 6-fig raises bring them to 500k and 475k, respectively. I'm liking what I am seeing. Paying our good coaches what the deserve.

Each time it was about a dozen guys. I'd like to know how many guys we already had committed in each instance. I'd also like to know how many, if any, (& who they were) current commits at this time left before NSD in order for these guys to commit.

On Jennings - hope he recovers and balls out at WR. However, he is a safety. It's natural for him to seek contact and he does so quickly with strong ball seeking instincts. I hate to see his opportunity to excel wasted, but that decision is for the coaches to make.

Try not to flame me too hard, but saw a couple of Pics of Vincent Perry-- I thought he was no longer on the team or had some academic issues? Maybe I am thinking of someone else?

Can't play this year and is paying his own way while trying to get his scholarship back by getting his academics in order.

He does have academic issues. Is ineligible but is a walk-on currently trying to regain his scholarship.

May be obvious of course, but Hubbs on 104.5 this morning said Shy Tuttle is "a long way" from 100%.

So none of y'all have a problem with Bama being third on that list?

I'm sure Gumpville is burning to the ground this morning.

He catches and runs routes like a DB. IMO The young WRs look much better just naturally as WRs.

Including Byrd? When we signed him, I thought of him as a lock down corner and was a bit disappointed we moved him to offense. I'm open to being wrong though.

Yeah I hope it doesn't get to a point where they move him when it's too late. I understand coaches position and his. He prefers to have the ball in his hands and he was one of our better WRs. He is needed more at WR than S for this team is the problem

If you are expecting us to say they should be number one, none of us are going to say it, but that doesn't mean that they should not be

Is very appropriate that WarMachine points out a player who will be a veritable War Machine for the Vols this season.
Payback is nigh

Makes me as giddy as Ulysses looking at fluffy unicorns:)

NOTHING..well nothing legal anyway.. could make you that giddy 😁

Hilarious how our own fans think we'll lose to AtM. That will be bad. They can't stop the run and our defense will turn Trevor Knight over. Barnett will dominate that one for sure. I can't wait to stomp a mud hole in them. They aren't close to us. 😎😎😎😎

I think it's because everybody assumes it will be a letdown game..and nobody really believes we run the table.

they were 107th in run defense last yr and that was considered "improvement". Mash them with the run and keep the ball away from them.

Folks are afraid the defense will be in letdown mode, and we will get in a sloppy shootout with them. Of course we shouldn't, but we shouldn't have gotten beat by Arky last year either.

He fought through interference like a real WR. I watched Jennings let a man run through to force a pick versus Georgia. Byrd doesn't look bad and I stated I thought he'd be a GOOD WR but a Great DB.

What letdown game???? Team will be relentless after losing the close games last year. And another thing we have enough talent to win letdown games. With us being a team that can/will run the ball we can control even letdown games. Plus that defense under Shoop will be ready every week.

1 game at a time ladies and gents. Task 1) take care of Appy and make sure we aren't Michigan 2.0. Task 2) Don't overlook VT and get caught up in the spectacle. Task 3) DESTROY Florida and run Hurd over Tabor until he taps out.

I know..I said that's what some folks are afraid of. Not me, if we get by flahrduh, ughh and crappabammer...IMO we ain't losing to nobody. I think this team is pissed off at the disrespect. Big Injuries are the main threat for derailment to this train, not intensity.

Looks like you overlooked a team.

Tell them to stop this team. Florida is thinner on defense. Same one that gave up 200+ on the ground to a no passing game Tennessee. Our WRs are much better and Shoop will be out for blood that game. That's a real live revenge whooping coming.
