Including Byrd? When we signed him, I thought of him as a lock down corner and was a bit disappointed we moved him to offense. I'm open to being wrong though.

I think we're loaded on defense and Butch robbed a couple potential playmakers to fill in on offense. I have a feeling Byrd is heir to Cam returning punts.

Haha I have to admit I had the 3rd and 4th game switched in my mind. My new task 3 is put Ohio away early and give the 2's and 3's lots of reps before Florida week.

Tell them to stop this team. Florida is thinner on defense. Same one that gave up 200+ on the ground to a no passing game Tennessee. Our WRs are much better and Shoop will be out for blood that game. That's a real live revenge whooping coming.

May be obvious of course, but Hubbs on 104.5 this morning said Shy Tuttle is "a long way" from 100%.

Really hoping Tuttle is full go by UF but I have my doubts. I think it's more like November before he is fully healed and playing at his full potential.

He had games that he was surprising gashed I agree but there was other games where his defenses were elite against good offenses

Yes he did. But with the talent assembled on a lot of those teams, we shouldn't have had any bad games. Sometimes it was effort, a lot of times it was scheme.

I will also add that I think he rose up the list with his time after tenn at lsu. Those defenses were dang dominant

Yeah..it's just my opinion. It was formed by things I saw happen over and over and over. A lot of people don't share my opinion and I know the arguments they will use. I get it, and I am not going to disrespect that opinion by saying that it is a bad one. I just do not share it. P.S... I really don't want to talk about this anymore.

Ran over a dark snake two nights ago. Parked and went back to see if we had one, but it was gone. Held a 100 pound albino Burmese python on Monday, but I don't think that counts.

I think last year's close loses taught our team what not to do. Not to get conservative on defense. Not to play to lose. The comeback win against UGA taught them how to win the close games. The close win against SCAR taught them to never let up. I think we have a special season ahead of us.
