Sure, Saban could have been a nice guy, but we all know how he does things, and it's just like the working world

No it isn't at all. This guy did everything right. He worked hard and is graduating this week, and he realized he wasn't going to get playing time so he wanted to leave. He's trying to give himself a chance to play and show off to NFL scouts. Not to mention they threw away personal items that include family photos, personal goals, and a photo of your dead friend. Not how youre supposed to treat another person especially one that you probably told that he would be welcomed to a "family atmosphere".

That's a luxury that NCAA coaches have, under the scholarship restrictions

I mean, he wants to transfer in conference. You'd be hard pressed to find a coach who allows that
