Not sure why you're directing this at me, but ok.

I'd like to see a new strength coach, OL & DB coach.

He needs to quit being so tentative and predictable. And how about using the middle of the field way more. I don't think he sucks, but I don't think he has a very good feel for games sometimes. I dint think any of can say the man is not innovative though. As a play designer, I think he comes up with some good stuff, but as a play caller he leaves a lot to be desired sometimes.

We have an offense good enough to win this league.

We need better O line play and better defense all around.

Debord is the least of our problems.

What I said still holds true. There is no way in hell he should have handcuffed himself like that against Appy, North Texas and Ohio. The offensive doldrums against Appy and Ohio had a lot to do with the negative perception that took hold.

If we hire a new OC it's because Debord wanted to leave not because he's been fired.

The offensive scheme starts from the top. It will be the same offense no matter who calls plays.

More consistent QB and Offensive line will help.

It just seems that outside of DK and JRM, nobody at that position is very good. Sapp went down and we didn't get to see much, but that position groups needs massive improvement
