Everybody is somewhat insecure about admitting that we need help. I wasn't comparing their situations, I was just pointing out the fact that its sometimes hard for coaches to relinquish control and allow assistants to take on larger roles.

Second: I would feel a lot better about the Pens chances if they had not let the Preds come back and tie the game last night. I think it will be an excellent series.
