That's possible. It's also possible that's QD light up Tech's offense and JG has trouble reading the defense and struggles throwing the ball and making the best decisions. None of us know until we see them

Yes and he will make the call. Regardless of your dozens of posts stating that Dormady will be a collasal failure in this offense. He ran the same offense in high school and did it very successfully.

You have stated multiple times that you think Dormady will fail in this offense.

Are they equal passers? I haven't seen enough of JG to be able to say he is accurate passer. Both have strong arms but they doesn't mean equal. I mean was Vick and Peyton equal passers? Strong arms but one had better understanding of when you need touch vs velocity.

I'll save my judgement for gameday. I've heard enough about QD from guys that know QBs that say he is NFL potential QB. Have also heard JG is a future star. So I'll just sit back and watch both battle and let the guys that actually see them practice decide.

If he is moving ball well and game is close then that would probably mean the defense is problem not the QB

I think that when the lights come on JG will prove to be the better QB. Just my gut feeling.

Totally agree.

We can't expect Tuttle's first game reps of the season to happen in Gainesville if we hope him to be productive.

If Tuttle is good enough to go, then you have to play him against ISU, and if he's not, then we can't realistically expect him to make much of an impact until after the bye week.

People are saying QD knows the playbook better. That was in the Spring. They haven't practiced enough to suggest that this Fall. So we will see what Jones decides. After the news I just got about the Vols I don't care what he does. If he Jones fails this year it's fine. If we win big it's fine. I'm good either way. #GOVOLS

Dormady has an SEC body. Dude has been in the weight room long enough to get his body SEC ready. JG scares me with those skinny legs. I just hope he can take the hits that's sure to come his way when he's in the game.

Dobbs sure took some big hits. Hopefully, neither QB gets hurt and we can make it through the year with both getting plenty of game snaps.

Dormady is starting y'all are just going to have to get over it. Taking care of ball and running fast aren't the only attributes to decide the battle and it's only been a week. In spring Dormady was better. Let's see what happens through entire camp. If JG keeps going up and they are producing same results then yes play JG. You can always go from Dormady to JG. You can't go from JG to dormady.

Amazes me that people just think Dormady is trash because he isn't a dual threat QB

For me it isn't as much about QD as the offense. Our offense outside the northwestern game has been an offense very easily slowed down if you take out the run threat of the qb

So I think a lot of people are very concerned about seeing that same offense without an explosive runner like dobbs was
