Guys, talent is not gonna be the issue. It's all about coaching. That's it. Can Butch and co. coach well enough to win close games?

He trained Labruzza. So, I knew then that he didn't take it personal.

JJ has a very good outlook on things, and I'm glad his son is having a good run at OSU.

He's a good follow on Twitter. He always seems so proud when a kid he trains gets a chance to play, be it at an SEC type school, or a little Texas DII team.

That's an entirely different tun than you were singing a while back. :)

Look, I understand why Kyrie wants to get away from Lebron. It's the same reason Shaq wanted to leave Kobe. They're tough to be around. So was Jordan. And Bird. Great players are frequently bad people. They're wired differently.

As far as the GOAT discussion is concerned, it's all subjective. My dad swears Oscar Robertson is the greatest of all time. My uncle says it's Wilt. I believe Bird was the greatest I ever saw. It depends on your favorite team, the era you grew up, and just plain ole personal preference. From a statistical standpoint, a person could make a strong argument for Lebron being the greatest of all time. Look it up.

I've never seen an entire family get it so wrong. Everyone knows Jordan is the GOAT.

SDS asked writers if Tennessee will stay in the top 25. This was one the guys answers

Finally, Someone in the media who has done his research and knows what hes talking about!

[BLUEFONT]Clearly fake news. This simply cannot be true, UGA and Florida didn't lose as much talent and are both loaded with 5* talent on both sides of the ball.
Also don't count out South Carolina and Kentucky. [/BLUEFONT]

You're a smart dude BB and your opinion is respected by most people on the board. I just don't understand the venom behind the Dormady posts. You always take a strong stand when it comes to recruits but there's something different about this QB battle and your dislike of Dormady.

I think he's a QB that can be picked off easily....

People are saying QD knows the playbook better. That was in the Spring. They haven't practiced enough to suggest that this Fall. So we will see what Jones decides. After the news I just got about the Vols I don't care what he does. If he Jones fails this year it's fine. If we win big it's fine. I'm good either way. #GOVOLS

??? Care to elaborate on that please?

Haha. U have no facts to back that up, jyo. I like QD better because I think he has a big time arm and better than average athleticism. JG, also has more potential to be injured often. I hope that doesn't happen but JG has a history of injuries. He missed many games in his junior and senior seasons in high school because of injuries. These are facts.

Honestly, I want the QB that gives UT the best chance to win to be our starter this year. Right now, I think that's QD, but I haven't seen JG play except in high school and camp highlights, along with the spring game. After the Georgia Tech game that opinion may change, if we get to see both QBs play with the rest of the 1st team offense. So, I'm keeping an open mind. Maybe u should try that ?

The first two words of his post that you quoted were literally "I think", pretty sure it's safe to say he knows it's just his opinion. There are virtually no facts to go off of in the QB discussion yet, outside of (unfortunately) very little mop up duty last year and one half of a very vanilla scrimmage. It's all just opinions at this point in time.

Have u seen QDs fiancee and JGs girlfriend ? Don't worry, they both look cool doing it, uh, maybe that came out wrong

Dog be like...

He stares things down a lot in the actual game action I watched. That Spring Game isn't a factor for me. I watched Cromptom go crazy one year and bomb out that Fall.

We'll see what he does but I'm not seeing it yet. If he wins the big games then cool. I'm beyond being satisfied with beating Top 15-20 teams personally though. Need some top 10 wins.... And in dominant fashion...
