damn BB hates Dormady and the guy has barely ever played. Tough crowd.
But JG is the next sliced bread, even though he's never played a single down of CFB. It is a classic case of the next man up is the answer even though we have no idea how he would perform in an actual game.
I think JG has all the potential to be great, but I think QD does too. BB has formed his opinion and he shall not be moved forth from it. It will take a big time season from QD to shake his opinion IMO.

Once I see things in QBs I don't like/like(as a DB) then it's about over with. Lol
First thing that comes to mind to tell my young guys hey we can get him. Look at what he's doing here. So that's my biggest fear with Dormady. And we won't be able to run the read option effectively which puts pressure on defenses at all times. I'm a fan of guys with real mobility seeing how it can stress a defense out. Others on here like classic guys. We'll see what happens here soon. #30Days
I get it man. However, you are quick to point out that JG has most likely improved his knowledge of the playbook since the spring. He has had more time to work and improve his craft. Why can't QD? They haven't had a real QB coach until this year. Hopefully Canales has been able to fix some of the issues you've noticed in QD's play.
I really don't think that is it at all. Don't be that guy.
Honestly I don't think it means a person is a bad racist to think one QB is more athletic than the other based on race. It's no different than thinking all white WRs are going to like Wes Welker and great possession ball catchers. Many are guilty of such things.
He can't fix athleticism.....
People are going to try and pull the race card but if we had Stidham on our roster I would want him starting over JG. He's impressive just throwing the ball.
I mean he's more athletic based on them as athletes not race.... soooooo yeah keep trying man..... Have at it hoss. 😎😎😎😎
Man, Peyton moved like Frankenstein's monster but he managed to win a few games. If Walt Wells can fix our OL (and I think he can) QD won't need to have Josh Dobbs level athleticism. He has plenty of talent and athleticism to move in the pocket to buy time. He can run bootlegs and throw on the run. I think CLS will make the offense run no matter who the signal caller is.
The first two words of his post that you quoted were literally "I think", pretty sure it's safe to say he knows it's just his opinion. There are virtually no facts to go off of in the QB discussion yet, outside of (unfortunately) very little mop up duty last year and one half of a very vanilla scrimmage. It's all just opinions at this point in time.
Nothing wrong with that thinking but staying QB is "easy to pick off" is stretching way beyond that hoss. Matter of fact it's an opinion clearly based on biased. In the spring game QB was light years more accurate than JG but your biased won't allow you to see that.
Don't compare him nearly to the GOAT of Tennessee QBs. Just don't do this at all.
Do you think he can beat Bama?
Well I mean JG went 4/5 so he misfired on his first pass and didn't miss another one. QD went 10/10. Based on the law of averages had JG passed 5 more times he would've been 8/10 right. 2 less passes out of 10 isn't light years or remotely accurate. But keep trying man.....
