I was just contemplating how all of this will affect our recruiting in the future. Obviously not being able to send your coaches on the road hurts a lot, but beyond that, do you think this staff will have any recruiting credibility left if they're not let go?

Depends if postseason ban and scholly. reductions. (mostly)

should have something about it, the word is out and the parents all know what Bruce has done. even though a lot of other schools do the same thing

I'd say ESPN talking about the situation every...single...game... for the next few months/years will probably hurt the most

Not sure why you want to blame ESPN - Pearl brought this on himself and UT is paying and will continue for some time to pay the price. If for no other reason, Pearl should leave based upon his utter failure to properly analyze risk/reward for his actions.

I'm more concerned about how parents and recruits will view pearl after this year. If we get a post season ban, then there's no reason to bring Pearl back because our recruiting is fubar anyway. Might as well start over with someone new.
